of the most innovative users of information technology in the United States.
Ricoh is ranked number 32 -- a testament to the company's IT executives who
are improving processes, increasing efficiencies and aligning more closely
with business goals. In this way, Ricoh is reaching out to customers and
measuring IT effectiveness, building top-quality tech teams, and embracing
innovation.

For 17 years, the InformationWeek 500 has tracked organizations' IT
agendas, providing a unique opportunity to understand and examine their
business practices across core areas of technology operations. Companies
named to this list demonstrate a pattern of technological and organizational
innovation. Unique among corporate rankings, the InformationWeek 500
spotlights innovation in business technology, rather than simply identifying
the biggest spenders.

manage and share information," said Sean Magee, vice president of Information

Ricoh work more efficiently in getting both hardware and software products to
our customers and to provide timely service to them, so they do not experience
lengthy downtime. Ricoh's IT investments will help the company to grow and
service our customers now and in the future."

The InformationWeek 500 is the most detailed source of industry-specific
