subscription. You can ask for help in the way that is most convenient for you:
While you're using bliQ
We have an interactive Help document that you can access by clicking
“Help” from the bliQ toolbar.
Note: the Glossary of Terms, which is listed in the HELP Contents, can be a very handy tool!
There are actually three glossaries (for copier, printer and fax) that explain the terms we use
in our Specification Guides. This is a great place to check if you have a question about our
Specifications.
Another way to contact us when you're using bliQ is to click on “Suggestions” from the
bliQ toolbar in order to share an idea with us about how
we can enhance our products.

Attend a Webinar Training Session!
We offer free webinar training sessions on a regular basis. The sessions last about one
hour. All you need to participate is internet access and a telephone (for the audio portion).
You do need to register for a session because space is limited. Please call us or
send an email to the Customer Support and Training team by
clicking here
to get the schedule of upcoming sessions. We'll get back to you with the available
times (Eastern Standard) and login instructions.
Private Webinar Sessions
Branch offices or departments can set up a private webinar session for their group.
We offer beginner and advanced training that can be geared toward your group's
specific needs. To set up a session please

Our webinars can accommodate up to 10 individual logins.
