BLI combines years of industry experience with comprehensive testing techniques that are unmatched in the industry. Many of our highly experienced testing and research staff have over 20 years of experience in the office products business and are true experts in the field. Our professionals provide you with an independent way to gain an in-depth understanding of a machine's performance in real working conditions to give you true insight into the total cost of ownership and to accurately gauge operating reliability.

Our 10,000 square-foot lab in Hackensack, NJ is the site of hands-on testing that uncovers every product's strengths and weaknesses. Test data on over 8,000 products for the last 25 years is available through bliQ. The testing results are presented in a series of reports found on bliQ, including Productivity Reports and Lab Test Reports. BLI's staff of engineers and test technicians can custom design tests for virtually any product and can also arrange field testing of machines as needed.
