EMEA sales executive (internal) Office based in Wokingham, Berkshire, U.K
Key Responsibilities:
Sales of BLI products to imaging industry dealers, government, educational, municipal and Corporate end users. Mainly internal with some client visits.
Prospecting for new business within a defined geographic territory, EMEA.
Maintain customer information and document all call activity through the utilization of a CRM tool, ACT.
Meet established monthly targets for activity and sales
Support sales manager with training of large client installations.
Providing telephone and e-mail support and training for customers subscribing to Buyers Laboratory's web based service.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems/issues.
Liaison between clients and internal operating departments
Maintaining documentation and tracking reported problems
Create a weekly and monthly report of customer sales metrics.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in a sales/telesales/telecanvassing environment
Prior client sales experience in a business to business environment.
Must be proactive, solve problems and anticipate needs.
Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Exudes a positive and professional demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with prospecting and managing customer accounts preferred.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Must be independent, resourceful and able to work within a close-knit team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet any contact management software program.
Ability to speak German and/or French will be a distinct advantage.

Benefits:
Excellent basic salary of £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 p.a (depending on experience) plus excellent commission with an O.T.E £28,000.00 although commission is uncapped.
Working hours 9am - 17h30pm
