ROCHESTER, N.Y. , September 16 - A new software solution from The Priton Group, LLC directly integrates scanned data from KODAK Capture Pro Software into Marex Group’s FILEBOUND Document Management Solution. The Priton Group, a member of Kodak’s Authorized Imaging Reseller program, developed a release script for KODAK Capture Pro Software to help users of the FILEBOUND Solution enrich the capabilities of front-end document capture.

The release script for Capture Pro Software from The Priton Group combines Kodak’s application programming interface (API) and the FILEBOUND Object Model (FBOM) to provide support for document separation, optical character recognition (OCR), barcode recognition and multiple batch classes. The connection tool automates document scanning processes for an unlimited number of jobs and projects in production capture environments.

The release script for Capture Pro Software from The Priton Group is offered at a retail price of $300 per workstation with a $60 annual maintenance cost, regardless of the level of Capture Pro Software being used. A site license is available for $1,200 with an annual maintenance cost of $240. A service bureau option is also available for $2,400 plus $480 annual maintenance, which allows for release to unlimited FILEBOUND Solution URLs and can be used by an unlimited number of workstations. First year maintenance is required with the initial purchase of the software.

The unique capabilities of the release script for Capture Pro Software from The Priton Group provide email alerts when batches are released, check for duplicate records within the FILEBOUND Solution, and can parse multiple index values to the same image. This is especially valuable for Accounts Payable and Register of Deeds applications.
