Presentations will discuss Automated Invoice Processing and Digital Mailroom Automation

Forest Hills, NY - CVISION Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of advanced document capture software, announced that it will be exhibiting and presenting at FUSION 2011, TAWPI’s Annual Forum & Expo from May 9-12th in Orlando, Florida. FUSION is a premier event held by the joint associations of IAPP, IARP, and TAWPI and focuses on financial operations. In addition to exhibiting at the conference, CVISION has been selected to give two presentations involving case studies on digital mailroom automation and automated invoice processing.

CVISION will be exhibiting from booth 918 and showcase some of its newest software solutions, designed to improve document operation efficiency. The solutions that will be demonstrated include automated invoice processing, digital mailroom technology, customizable data extraction projects, OCR, and file compression. Each one of these software tools can increase document accessibility and streamline processes.

In addition to its exhibition, CVISION will participate in two presentations, delivering case studies about how their software benefited two separate businesses. The presentations will give audiences a greater insight into the rewards that come from using document automation.

One of the presentations will be given by Salem Tools, a manufacturing company, about how CVISION helped their company implement an effective invoice processing solution. The case study will discuss how automated invoice processing can improve the accuracy and quality of accounts payable, allowing for the realization of a measurable ROI. The presentation will be held on Wednesday May 11th from 3:30-4:30 PM.

The other presentation will be a joint presentation given by OPEX, CVISION, and Duff & Phelps. It will discuss how Duff & Phelps, a global financial advisory firm, was able to automate their paper-based processing to image-based workflows. A primary part of the discussion will revolve around how Duff & Phelps was able to tackle problems such as reduced budgets and increased workloads while simultaneously increasing efficiency and reducing their operating costs. Business challenges, ROI, and solution benefits will also be covered. The presentation will be held on Tuesday May 10th from 2:45-3:45 PM.
