Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi), a developer of distributed content capture and workflow solutions, has been named a 2009 Alliance Partner of the Year by Xerox Corporation’s Global Business Group for its continued contribution to Xerox, its customers and the printing industry.
The award was recently presented at Xerox’s annual business partner conference. Xerox’s Global Business Group, responsible for managing the Xerox business partner portfolio of document solutions, software and systems, recognized 22 partner firms for superior digital workflow software and finishing solutions. Xerox and its dealers sell NSi document capture solutions throughout the world under the Xerox or NSi brands.
Same Benefits, Different Name
NSi AutoStore orchestrates the capture and secure delivery of paper and electronic documents into business applications. In the United States and Latin America, Xerox sells AutoStore as Xerox SMARTdocument Travel. Xerox customers in Europe and Canada can enjoy the same business benefits by asking their Xerox dealer for NSi AutoStore.
“Xerox’s global support of SMARTdocument Travel is a powerful benefit of our partnership,” said Mike Morper, NSi vice president of marketing.
Latest Release Delivers Robust Support for Xerox's EIP Platform As Well As Legacy Devices
NSi recently released version 5 of both Xerox SMARTdocument Travel and NSi AutoStore, which support the latest features of the Xerox Extensible Interface Platform (EIP). EIP is a software development platform which permits programmers to use standard Web-based tools to simplify the creation of applications that can be operated using a Xerox MFD’s touch-screen interface. NSi now supports more than 50 EIP-based devices.
The Benefits of a Server-Based Architecture
AutoStore and SMARTdocument Travel’s server-based architecture can efficiently handle anything from simple scan-to-email for a single user to complex, high-volume capture workflows, automated data extraction and integration with multiple line-of-business or archival applications – all from the user’s familiar MFD control panel.
