Kofax plc, the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, announced that it will provide a leading UK based public health services organization with an expanded capture solution. The value of the contract to Kofax, including maintenance and professional services, is approximately $2.7 million.

The organization, an existing customer, will use additional Kofax software to capture, extract and perfect data from hundreds of millions of medical forms and related documents received annually. The resulting data will then be exported to the organization’s mainstream data processing applications for adjudication and payment.
