Kofax Provides Leading BPO Firm with a Document Capture Solution
Kofax plc, the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, announced that it has provided a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) firm with a document capture solution that will be used to provide a large U.S. federal government agency with document capture services. The value of the contract to Kofax is approximately $550,000.
The BPO firm will deploy Kofax software at a centralized processing site to scan, separate, classify and index more than 25 million benefit claim forms and related documents it receives annually from the agency. The resulting data and images will then be delivered and uploaded to the agency’s content management repository for further processing and retrieval.
