Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc., has entered into a strategic reseller agreement with Omtool Ltd. to license Omtool solutions to PBMS customers for business document process improvements through document capture, routing and fax capabilities at either a department level or enterprise-wide.
