Labrador Solutions, LLC has released its newest version of its Data Collection Agent (DCA). The new version 3 is designed with labor reduction as a primary goal.
“With most solutions on the market today, we have found their day-to-day needs actually increases labor requirements at the dealer’s IT level” said Gary McGill, co-founder and Marketing Director of Labrador Solutions, LLC. “This puts a strain on an already overworked and understaffed component of the dealer’s labor force”. “With our new model, the DCA can now be completely managed and re-configured remotely. This greatly reduces labor requirements since a visit to the customer site is not required. For example, the customer might add a new IP range. In the past and with most solutions today, this would require a representative visit the customer site and add this range to the DCA’s list.
With our new DCA the dealer can easily make this and any other change by simply connecting to a secure Web site” said McGill.
