DOCUWISE Launches Managed Print Reseller Program for MSPs, VARs and Service Companies
Los Angeles, CA --According to a recent MSPmentor survey, only about 20 percent of MSPs focus some of their efforts on MPS. Industry experts Gartner are predicting 20 to 30 percent annual growth in the MPS market sector through 2014. To meet the current and anticipated demand for MPS solutions DOCUWISE has launched its MPS Reseller program.
“The DOCUWISE MPS reseller program is a hybrid cloud technology that allows MSPs, VARs, and Service Professionals to plug into a turnkey managed print solution and offer it to their customers instantly,” says Ron Harris, DOCUWISE CEO. “Many MSPs have resisted offering MPS because of the difficulty plugging into a total solution or being tied to a specific OEM. The DOCUWISE MPS Reseller program solves these problems as the first non-OEM comprehensive MPS solution."
"The DOCUWISE MPS solution software PESOTM (Print Environment System Organizer) includes everything a reseller needs to manage, control and ultimately reduce the cost of any print environment,” said Harris. “PESOTM manages the entire print environment including options for a full CPC or TCO solution, and includes remote print device monitoring (proprietary DCA). The solution also includes high quality document output supplies (toner and ink), national on-site service and repair (break/fix or contract), components, fusers and maintenance kits, logistics (just-in-time inventory and next day on-site service), no-cost core return (recycling), on-line order processing and account management, and an on-line print cost calculator, training, technical, sales and marketing support," explains, Harris. “We have eliminated the barriers to entering the MPS market.”
