Print Audit will Sponsor, Present and Exhibit at the Second Annual North American MPS Conference

Print Audit will share their insights with leaders in the managed print service industry at the second annual North American MPS Conference this spring. The conference, which will be held at the Omni La Mansion Del Rio in San Antonio,TX from May 3 - 5, will feature interactive presentations, focus groups, and case studies regarding the best approaches for vendors, channel partners, and others interested in successful print management programs.

Print Audit is a silver sponsor of the event and will also be exhibiting during the conference. In addition, the Calgary-based print management company will present on rules-based printing on Tuesday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. The presentation, entitled, “Adding Print Rules to Your MPS Program,” will explain how printing-rules can benefit both dealers and end-users by driving more volumes to the dealer’s devices, significantly cutting costs for the end-user, and making organizations greener.

Last year, Print Audit created the Machines in Field Review Program, which has been extremely successful in helping office equipment dealers prove the value of print management to organizations world-wide. The program enables dealers to stand-out from the competition by using powerful ROI tools to demonstrate the cost and environmental savings that can be achieved with Print Audit Rules.

The three-day 2010 North American MPS Conference has three focuses this year: managing RFPs, financial models for MPS providers, and strategies for moving customers to stage 3.
