Instead of giant rooms filled with intimidating stacks of paper and cumbersome filing cabinets that are hard to search through and utilize day-to-day, mScan offers the look and feel of paper files, but the convenience of electronic files. mScan can be installed onsite or used online as an internet application. mScan online does not require a server, only an internet connection.

mWorkFLOW identifies the multiple steps necessary for particular tasks, monitors them and tracks the progress electronically in real time. For example, managing purchasing and accounts payable requires ensuring that the product was approved, purchased and billed correctly. This may take multiple steps and be handled by multiple people in the organization. Processing a sales order might include taking the order, entering the data and shipping the product.
