M Technologies Launches Business Process Management (BPM) Solutions at AIIM Expo 2010

M Technologies the developer of office productivity software, announced today that its Business Process Management (BPM) solutions originally designed for the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry are now available for other industries. The company’s advanced software offers solutions for any company that wants to more effectively manage its processes, content, documents, file storage, archives and more.

Leveraging the knowledge and success the company has had with its health-care industry products and services, M Technologies has opened its customizable software – mScan and mWorkFLOW -- to companies in other industries that are looking to streamline operations and become more efficient. mScan and mWorkFLOW can help any company of any size cut down and altogether eliminate wasteful paperwork and off-line redundancies, becoming more cost-efficient and productive.

“Based on our track record of success in the HME industry, we felt the time was right to bring our solutions to other industries,” said Esther Apter, CEO of MedFORCE Technologies. “The flexibility of our software enables users to customize the application to their needs. Our solutions are extremely user-friendly and easy to administer. The ultimate goal is to streamline operations and enhance business operations to make businesses more productive and therefore more profitable.”

mScan is a paperless office software solution that provides the ability to scan records, create/import electronic forms, import faxes, and integrate with other software. Instead of giant rooms filled with intimidating stacks of paper and cumbersome filing cabinets that are hard to search through and utilize day-to-day, mScan offers the look and feel of paper files, but the convenience of electronic files. mScan can be installed onsite or used online as an internet application. mScan online does not require a server, only an internet connection.

mWorkFLOW identifies the multiple steps necessary for particular tasks, monitors them and tracks the progress electronically in real time. For example, managing purchasing and accounts payable requires ensuring that the product was approved, purchased and billed correctly. This may take multiple steps and be handled by multiple people in the organization. Processing a sales order might include taking the order, entering the data and shipping the product. Each of those steps might also include other tasks, such as checking credit ratings or verifying inventory. mWorkFLOW ensures everything is standardized, eliminating the variations that can occur, maintaining consistency and efficiency.
