Reliability
BLI bases its reliability ratings on proven performance over the course of a grueling schedule of tests performed on each tested MFP evaluated in our laboratories. In addition to the number of misfeeds, as well as number of service calls performed during its durability test, the duration of the test period, scheduled maintenance intervals and component life are factored in. Only printers, copiers and MFPs that have proven reliable throughout BLI’s rigorous lab testing earn a BLI Certificate of Reliability.
