Ease of Use Testing
Ease of use is a key feature in getting all the value you can out of your office MFP. After all, if a function is hard to use, people will either avoid using it altogether, or will waste valuable time trying to figure out how to do what they need to (such as scan a document to a URL address, for example). BLI’s Lab and Field Test Reports are designed from the user’s point of view, detailing specific strengths and weaknesses of each tested product’s overall ease of use, including navigating the control panel, loading or changing paper and toner, clearing a paper jam and using the print drivers, as well as Web tools and administrative utilities available for that MFP.
